  • We will walk through and offer advice on staging, decor and necessary repairs to get your home in top showing condition for a successful sale.

  • We create a custom marketing plan for your property designed to generate interest from qualified buyers.

  • We implement our marketing plan across all relevant platforms to maximize exposure.

  • Agents will book showings with their clients through Kailey Mymryk Group and we will host an open house when appropriate. Showings will begin on list day and last until offer day.

  • Offer day! We will set up a time to review offers together and enter into negotiations. This day can be a rollercoaster of emotions. Lean on us as much as you need!

  • You’ve accepted an offer but the sale is not final. Conditions must be cleared prior to closing. This can include a home inspection, financing, etc.

  • When all conditions are satisfied we have a final sale! The sold sign goes up and we ensure all paperwork gets delivered to the lawyer on your behalf.

  • This is the predetermined date (on offer day) that the new owners take possession of the home. Congratulations on a successful sale!
